6. With what diagnosis should Mantoux be sent for testing?
The Mantoux test is a screening test for tuberculosis, prescribed to children and adults during preventive examinations or suspected contact with an infection.

7. Can foreigners apply for attachment to a medical organization in Kazakhstan and receive assistance?

Прикрепиться к поликлинике могут граждане РК, иностранцы и лица без гражданства, постоянно проживающие на территории РК (имеющие вид на жительство). Эта категория граждан имеет право на участие в системе ОСМС.

12. Can a Russian citizen with an IIN (but without a residence permit) receive a free traumatological surgery through the OSMS portal if they make contributions to OSMS?

Да, в случае если является трудовым мигрантом, или членом семьи трудового мигранта. Для этого необходимо регулярно вносить взносы на ОСМС. После подтверждения статуса застрахованного, она получает доступ к медицинским услугам, включая специализированную и стационарную помощь. При наличии медицинских показаний операция будет проведена бесплатно в рамках ОСМС.

13. Can a pregnant woman who is not a labor migrant from the EAEU be monitored based on a DMS without being attached to a clinic?

Нет, так как для наблюдения беременной женщине необходимо встать на учет по беременности. Для внесения женщины в информационную подсистему "Регистр беременных и женщин фертильного возраста" электронного портала "Регистр прикрепленного населения" женщина должна быть прикреплена к поликлинике по месту жительства. 

Иностранные граждане из стран ЕАЭС могут быть прикреплены к поликлиникам при наличии ВМС (ДМС), но прикрепление действует только на период действия договора. Временные трудовые мигранты обязаны иметь вмененное медицинское страхование (ВМС) для получения первичной медико-санитарной помощи (ПМСП).

15. How can I determine whether a foreigner has a residence permit and whether a foreigner (for example, a Turkish citizen) can receive emergency assistance in Kazakhstan?

19. What is an IUD?
Imputed medical insurance (IUD) is a type of medical insurance intended for foreigners temporarily staying in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Navy provides them with the opportunity to receive medical services in accordance with the conditions established by the legislation of Kazakhstan and international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Navy is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Population Migration" and the Order of the Minister of Health dated June 7, 2023 No. 111 "On approval of a model contract for imputed medical insurance and a minimum list of medical care for imputed medical insurance". This order defines the standard terms of the contract and the list of medical care available within the framework of the Navy.

20. Foreigners married to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan can receive emergency medical care in full within the framework of the OSMS or GOBMP?
It depends on the status of a foreign citizen.
If a foreigner has a residence permit, then he can receive a GOBMP on an equal basis with citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
If there is no residence permit, then GOBMP is obtained for diseases that pose a danger to others, according to the list and in the amount determined by the authorized body.
If a foreigner is a participant in the MSHI system and has the status of insurance, then emergency assistance is provided within the framework of the СSHI.
