4. How often can a patient undergoing outpatient treatment be referred to a traumatologist?
A patient undergoing outpatient treatment may be referred to a traumatologist as many times as necessary to ensure effective treatment and follow-up. The specific frequency of visits is determined by the attending physician (general practitioner or pediatrician), depending on the clinical picture and recommendations of the traumatologist.
For example, in case of complex fractures or the need for long-term rehabilitation, visits to a traumatologist may be more frequent. In the case of standard treatment, the frequency may be reduced as the patient recovers. https://zan.gov.kz/client/#!/doc/158123/kaz
