Labor activity:
- From 1995 to 2006 - worked in state revenue authorities in the Pavlodar region;
- From 2006 to 2008 – Deputy Director of the Department of Health of the Pavlodar Region (for Economics and Finance);
- From 2008 to 2012 - headed the state revenue authorities in the city of Pavlodar and the Kostanay region;
- From 2012 to 2014 – Deputy Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- From 2014 to 2016 – Head of the State Revenue Department for the city of Astana;
- From 2016 to 2019 – Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan (for economics and finance);
- From 2019 to 2020 – Chairman of the Financial Monitoring Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- From 2020 to December 2022 – akim of Pavlodar region;
- Since September 2023, he has been Chairman of the Board of the non-profit joint-stock company Social Health Insurance Fund.
