The information contained in the “Saqtandyrý” system of the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund is confidential and protected by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Misuse of personal data for harm or restriction of rights is punishable under Article 641 of the Administrative Offenses Code No. 235-V RK dated July 5, 2014.
