The database of healthcare entities – is a list of medical organizations that provide medical care within the framework of the GVFMC and the system of CSHI. Inclusion in the database is carried out in accordance with the Rules of database accounting.
To be included in the database of healthcare entities, you must first register on the procurement web-portal, then, following the instructions, create an electronic application, sign it via EDS and send it for consideration to the branch of the Fund at the location of the production base. The branch of the foundation reviews the application for compliance with the requirements, in case of compliance or non-compliance, the application is confirmed or rejected.
Instructions on the formation of a database of healthcare entities can be found on the main page of the procurement web-portal in the «Help» section, hereinafter – «Purchase of medical services» – "Instructions for working with the database of healthcare entities".
The list of medical organizations (suppliers, co-performer) included in the database can be viewed by clicking on this link. You can also see medical organizations excluded from the database on the procurement web-portal.
