Refund of mistakenly transferred payments to the CSHI

To refund excessively or erroneously paid amounts of deductions, contributions or penalties, you need to submit an application to the NAO State Corporation Government for Citizens.

The order of action:
Fill out a sample application by attaching receipts for incorrectly paid periods.
If the application is submitted by the employer, a statement of consent to the refund of the amounts from the individual in whose favor the contributions were made is required.

Application forms

For legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, it is mandatory to attach the following documents:

Statement of employee consent
Confirmation Certificate

A refund may be refused if:
1. The bank details are incorrect.
2. The application does not correspond to the form of Appendix 1 to the order of the Ministry of Health No. 478 dated June 30, 2017.
3. The reason for the refund is incorrect.
4. An incomplete set of documents is attached or the documents are poorly readable.
5. There is no reason for a refund.
6. An individual entrepreneur is registered as an active one.
7. The refund is issued by a temporarily staying foreign citizen or a member of his family.
