Refund of mistakenly transferred payments to the CSHI
To make a refund, an application is submitted for the refund of excessively credited amounts on paper to the NAO "Government for Citizens State Corporation". The addresses of the State Corporation can be found on the website gov4c.kz .
Procedure of actions:
When submitting an application as an independent payer, fill out a sample application.
When submitting an application, the payer-employer must additionally attach an application for the employee's consent to refund the amounts in whose favor the contributions were made.
A refund may be refused if:
1) establishing the unreliability of documents submitted by the service recipient for receiving public services and (or) the data (information) contained therein;
2) non-compliance of the service recipient and (or) the submitted materials, objects, data and information necessary for the provision of public services with the requirements established by these Rules and regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) in respect of the service recipient, there is a court decision that has entered into legal force, on the basis of which the service recipient is deprived of a special right related to receiving public services.;
4) the lack of consent of the service recipient, provided in accordance with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and their Protection", for access to personal data of limited access, which are required for the provision of public services.
