2. What is included in the free drug provision?
The receipt of medical care by patients is usually accompanied by drug therapy, which is used to prevent, alleviate or treat diseases or health conditions.
Drug care may include prescribing and taking medications, monitoring their effectiveness and safety, and educating patients on the proper use of medications. Medical care is provided to patients with diseases or conditions in accordance with diagnostic and treatment protocols, standards and rules for the organization of medical care. Patients can receive medicines during treatment in day and night hospitals, polyclinics. It is an important part of the overall approach to health care, and medications can be used both independently and in combination with other treatment methods such as physiotherapy, surgery, physical rehabilitation and others. Drug care includes many aspects, such as the correct choice of drugs, determining dosages, monitoring side effects and interactions between drugs. Doctors and pharmacists play a key role in providing drug care and providing information to patients for the effective and safe use of medicines. When receiving treatment in a day or round-the-clock hospital, patients do not need to purchase medicines at their own expense, the cost of medicines and medical devices necessary for the treatment of diseases is included in the tariff. In the polyclinic, patients can receive outpatient medication included in the GOBMP or СSHI.

1. You need to attach to a polyclinic at your place of residence;
2. Register at the dispensary and be under the supervision of a district therapist or a specialized specialist;
- Get a free prescription, which indicates the prescription number and date of prescription of the medicine if the disease is included in the List for free provision.

3. With an identity card, get a prescription drug at a pharmacy at a medical organization.
