About 42 thousand doctors will receive bonuses at the end of November - FSMS
By the end of November, about 42 thousand medical workers working in the fight against Covid-19 and viral pneumonia will receive wage increases. The amount of payments will be more than 9.7 billion tenge.
Depending on the degree of danger of working conditions, the amount of the incentive varies from 5 to 20 minimum wages (now this figure is 42,500 tenge). The maximum rate is intended for doctors, middle and junior medical personnel of infectious hospitals and intensive care units, an average or 10 MW - for employees of provisional hospitals, doctors and paramedics of emergency medical care, including those at PMPS, the minimum rate is for employees of quarantine hospitals, emergency departments of emergency hospitals and PHC organizations, laboratory specialists, employees of the sanitary and epidemiological service, etc.
In total, from March to October, stimulating wage increases were received: in March - 19,340, in April - 42,926, in May - 40,416, in June - 53,160, in July - 78,963, in August - 66,249, in September - 36 503, in October - 37 893 medical workers. The Social Health Insurance Fund allocated 88.9 billion tenge for these purposes.
It should be noted that monthly the number of employees who work in the conditions of the spread of coronavirus infection varies depending on the epidemiological situation in the country. Accordingly, the lists of recipients of allowances also differ, which are formed by the regional commissions created at the operational headquarters. The regional commissions are headed by deputy akims. The commission also includes employees of the branches of the Medical Insurance Fund, the chief state sanitary doctor of the region, representatives of health departments and non-governmental organizations.
“If a medical worker has any questions about the payment of allowances, he should contact the regional commission. The Fund, in turn, continues to timely and promptly pay allowances to health workers who work in difficult conditions of a pandemic, ”the Social Health Insurance Fund recalled.
