Sole shareholder
The Fund is a non-profit organization in the legal form of a joint stock company, the sole founder and shareholder of which is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Decisions on issues referred by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Charter of the Fund to the competence of the Sole Shareholder are made by the Sole Shareholder independently, or by an official of the Sole Shareholder who has the right to make such decisions, with the exception of issues, decisions on which are made in agreement with the State Property and Privatization Committee Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
